These terms cover the AlibA.I. game specifically. The most important thing to know going in: you are talking to a real AI — treat that conversation accordingly.
Pay once, play for keeps. The AI detective runs on real computing infrastructure, so there is a daily question allowance — not to pressure you, but to cover real costs. Don't type sensitive personal information into the interrogation window; the AI's responses are fictional entertainment. You can delete your account and every stored conversation directly from within the game.
Acceptance & scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlibA.I. game (the "Game"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, provided by First_Studio LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("First_Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms supplement the First_Studio Terms of Service, which apply to our website and services broadly. In the event of a conflict, these app-specific Terms govern your use of the Game.
By downloading or playing AlibA.I., you agree to both sets of Terms and to our AlibA.I. Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or play the Game.
Eligibility
AlibA.I. is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By playing, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed these Terms.
Your license to play
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play AlibA.I. for your own non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the Game itself — you own a license to play it — but that license is yours for keeps once purchased, on the device and platform where you bought it, in accordance with that platform's rules.
Purchases & AI usage
We believe in straightforward, one-time pricing. Here is exactly how it works:
- Base game — a single up-front purchase gives you the full game and its starting theme, with no subscription or recurring charge.
- Daily question allowance — because every interrogation question you ask requires a real call to an AI service, each case includes a generous daily allowance of questions. This allowance exists to cover real computing costs and to keep investigation focused — not to pressure spending. You are never required to pay more to finish a case fairly.
- Optional additional questions — if you choose to keep interrogating beyond the daily allowance on the same case, you may optionally purchase additional questions at a small, fixed price shown before you buy.
- Optional DLC — additional theme packs and mysteries may be offered as one-time purchases. DLC is never required to complete the base game.
- No loot boxes, no pay-to-win — every purchase has a fixed price and a clearly stated value. Nothing is randomized or hidden behind a paywall.
- Billing and refunds — all purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective billing and refund policies. First_Studio does not separately process payments or store your payment details. For refunds, contact the platform where you made the purchase.
Your AI conversations
What the AI is
The detective and suspects in AlibA.I. are AI characters powered by a live large language model. Their responses are generated fiction — invented for entertainment within the world of the game. They are not statements of fact, professional advice, or the views of First_Studio, and they should not be relied upon as such.
What you may not type
By using the interrogation feature, you agree that you will not submit:
- Real sensitive personal information about yourself or others, including passwords, financial account numbers, medical information, or government identification numbers.
- Content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person.
- Content designed to circumvent the game's AI safety guidelines, extract harmful information, or manipulate the AI in ways unrelated to the game's mystery mechanic.
- Spam, commercial solicitations, or automated content.
The interrogation mechanic is fiction. Please do not treat it as a channel for real communication, support requests, or sensitive disclosures.
Reporting AI content
If you encounter an AI response that you believe is harmful, inappropriate, or outside the bounds of the game's fiction, you can report it using the Report AI Content link in the app's Settings. We review reports to improve content safety and to comply with platform AI content policies. Submitting a report may share the relevant exchange with First_Studio for review.
Storage and deletion
Your interrogation transcripts are stored on our servers to keep AI characters consistent across play sessions. You can permanently delete all stored transcripts and your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing owner@first-studio.dev with the subject "Delete my account." See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your account
AlibA.I. automatically creates an anonymous account for you when you first open the game. No personal information is required to create this account. You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure, since your game progress and stored conversations are associated with your device and, if you have linked one, your gaming-platform account.
If you delete your account, all associated game progress and stored conversation history will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted. Purchases you made through the App Store or Google Play remain recorded by those platforms, but in-game progress cannot be restored after account deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or if we have reason to believe your use poses a risk of harm to others or to our service.
Third-party platforms
AlibA.I. is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download and purchase are subject to those platforms' terms and privacy policies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or its content.
If you use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services for achievements, leaderboards, or cross-device sync, those features are governed in part by Apple's and Google's terms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those services.
Apple users: to the extent required by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), the following minimum terms apply:
- Third-party beneficiary — Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Scope of license — your license to use AlibA.I. is limited to a non-transferable right to use the Game on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- Maintenance and support — First_Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for AlibA.I. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- Warranties — First_Studio, not Apple, is responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to AlibA.I.
- Product claims — First_Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to AlibA.I. or your use of it, including product-liability claims, consumer-protection claims, and intellectual-property infringement claims.
- Legal compliance — you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Acceptable use
When using AlibA.I., you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with server-side security, anti-abuse measures, or question-allowance systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to send interrogation queries or interact with the Game's AI in bulk.
- Attempt to access or modify another player's account, data, or conversation history.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with First_Studio or impersonate any person or entity.
AI service availability
The AI interrogation feature requires a live internet connection and depends on third-party AI infrastructure (currently OpenAI's API). We cannot guarantee that the AI service will be available at all times. Outages, rate limits, or changes to our AI providers may temporarily affect the interrogation feature.
We reserve the right to change AI providers or models at any time. Such changes will not affect your license to play the Game, your purchased content, or your daily question allowance, but may affect the style or behavior of AI character responses.
The Tutorial and offline Scenario modes work without an internet connection and are not affected by AI service availability.
Our intellectual property
The Game and all of its contents — including the AlibA.I. name and logo, game art, characters, writing, music, and code — are owned by or licensed to First_Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. AI-generated responses produced during gameplay are generated for your entertainment under your license to play and do not constitute a separate work you may reproduce or distribute. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or broader rights to you.
Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content is fictional and produced for entertainment; it does not constitute factual, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game or its AI features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or consistently produce any particular type of response. Your use is at your own discretion and risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First_Studio and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game, including damages resulting from AI service unavailability or AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the relevant content in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty U.S. dollars (US $20). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, including any rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Game grows — new platforms, new features, new legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the app or via our mailing list. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
