First_Studio is built on a simple promise: the game is the product, and the player is not. That principle extends to your data. This policy explains, in plain language, the very little we collect and how we treat it.
We don't run ads, sell your data, or track you across the web. The only personal information we collect is an email address — and only if you choose to give us one to hear about our games. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.

This website (first-studio.games) and our games are operated by First_Studio LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Utah, United States ("First_Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
Information you give us
The only personal information we actively collect is the email address you submit when you join a wishlist, sign up for game announcements, or email us directly. If you write to us, we'll also have whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — for the limited purposes of security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site online. We do not use this information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with your email address.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not run third-party analytics or behavioral trackers on this site.
- We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children (see Section 09).
How we use your information
We use the limited information we collect only to:
- Send you the game news, launch announcements, or wishlist updates you asked for.
- Respond to messages and support requests you send us.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We will never sell or rent your email address, and we will not use it for any purpose unrelated to those listed above without asking you first.

We keep our list of vendors deliberately short. We share information only with the service providers that make our site and mailing list work, and only to the extent they need it to perform their service for us:
- Hosting — our website is served by a third-party hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes server-log data on our behalf.
- Email delivery — if you subscribe, your email address is stored with a reputable email-service provider used to send our announcements.
These providers are bound by contract to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership of your information).
Cookies & tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the site securely. Because we don't profile you, there's no cookie-consent banner to click through — we simply don't do the tracking that would require one.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we remove your address from our active mailing list promptly thereafter. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and operational purposes and are then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your information.

California residents: we do not sell or "share" your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise any right, email owner@first-studio.dev and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our website and games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers — to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but because we collect so little, there is very little to expose.
International users
We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is processed there. If you access our site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
As our games and studio grow, we may update this policy. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll provide a more prominent notice (such as an email to subscribers). Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
